The Pre-Selection Process
To be considered for a role that we are recruiting for we require that you go through a pre-selection process. This includes us assessing your CV in detail, formulating a comprehensive profile of your skills and aspirations and receiving proof of your eligibiliy to work in the UK. This process will ensure that only suitable roles are identified and discussed with you. You will only be short-listed for a role when it fully meets your requirements and you fully meet the specifications outlined by our Client.
The Interview Process
Once a role has been identified we will organise any necessary interviews or assessments on your behalf and we will support you as much as you require during the interview process with preparation ideas, general advice and interview techniques.
The Promise of Confidentiality
Your details will remain confidential and will only be submitted or discussed with your authorisation. We will not send out speculative CVs without your knowledge.
