Rocket was founded in 2003 with the vision of offering a recruitment service that was different and refreshing. Having spent the previous 14 years in retail management and having experienced recruitment from both a Candidate and a Client’s prospective I really believed then and still do, that recruitment does not have to be impersonal. Finding a new job or seeking the right individual to join your business can be stressful, difficult and time consuming so it seems obvious that you would like a professional, warm, understanding approach from your recruitment agency.
